This program was created to help build do two things, build mucle and burn fat. Training is 1/2 of the eqaution, the other 1/2 is nutrition. This program will get you 50% of the way there during our current pandemic crisis.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Meal plans are rated on a per day basis. For example, if you wish to have a one day meal plan as a sample versus a 7 day meal plan, the price varies.
WHERE DO YOU TRAIN YOUR TRAINEES?
I train my trainees at MidCityGym. This gym is located at the heart of NYC on 42nd Street between 8th and 9th avenue. Home training is also available, however, equipment must be purchased by the trainee.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM ANOTHER PERSONAL TRAINER?
Losing weight and building muscle require four things: an understanding of nutrition, an effective workout program (to boost metabolism), your drive to succeed and creating sustainable and behavioral change. As your personal trainer, I will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed, get results, feel confident and become empowered in your journey. My methods are meant to teach you to continue to progress after we have completed the program. My goal is to be the last trainer you'll ever need.
WHAT IF I JUST WANT PROGRAMMING AND NUTRITION WITHOUT PERSONAL TRAINING?
I offer personal online training as well, which has a lesser cost than in person training. However, sessions can always be booked if needed.
