I began my fitness journey 10 years ago. The reason I started working out because I was scared to lose someone l was dating to an extremely fit person at the gym.
As I continued working out, I noticed my body began to change and so did the rest of my life. Over the years, I made mistakes but I also learned from them. Some of those mistakes included dietary mistakes, weightlifting mistakes, but I learned... the hard way. Finally, I observed many trainers at many gyms training people incorrectly. A majority of them weren't even fit or truly cared to educate or teach their clients on proper wellness. This is when I decided I NEEDED to do something about it... and so, here I am.
I am passionate about people and improving their quality of life through fitness transformation.
