I provide personal, professional, and nutritional fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain weight loss, optimal health, and personal fitness goals. I work with each client and create a customized program that reflects your goals over the long term.
Most people want to be able to eat the foods that they love, but often claim that they have a bad metabolism. Well you can significantly improve that and your healthy by adding some muscle to your frame. And oh yeah...you'll also change your aesthetics along the way.
Keto? Paleo? Vegan? Pescatarian? Which one is the best diet??!!...the one that you can stick to. My program is designed to give you a diet that you can actually enjoy and stick to without suffering to lose weight.
How much cardio do you need to do a week? How long should you do it for? Should you do it before or after my workout? There is a simpler way to approach cardio, enjoy it, and still burn fat. With my program you'll be able to maximize results through cardio in a safe and healthy way.
A BIT MORE ABOUT ME
My journey began at the age of 30 (late I know). The reason I started working out was because I was scared to lose someone l was dating to an extremely fit person at the gym. As I continued working out, I noticed my body began to change and so did the rest of my life. Over the years, I made mistakes but I also learned from them. Some of those mistakes included dietary mistakes,weight lifting mistakes, but I learned...the hard way. Finally, I observed many trainers at many gyms training people incorrectly. A majority of them weren't even fit or truly cared to educate or teach their clients on proper wellness. This is when I decided I NEEDED to do something about it...and so, here I am. I am passionate about people and improving their quality of life through fitness transformation. Let's start today and work together.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Meal plans are rated on a per day basis. For example, if you wish to have a one day meal plan as a sample versus a 7 day meal plan, the price varies.
WHERE DO YOU TRAIN YOUR TRAINEES?
I train my trainees at MidCityGym. This gym is located at the heart of NYC on 42nd Street between 8th and 9th avenue. Home training is also available, however, equipment must be purchased by the trainee.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM ANOTHER PERSONAL TRAINER?
Losing weight and building muscle require four things: an understanding of nutrition, an effective workout program (to boost metabolism), your drive to succeed and creating sustainable and behavioral change. As your personal trainer, I will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed, get results, feel confident and become empowered in your journey. My methods are meant to teach you to continue to progress after we have completed the program. My goal is to be the last trainer you'll ever need.
